Havniear Construction has the exclusive capacity to produce complete Revit Building Information Model driven construction documents in Central Oregon. Our operators virtually construct your project, architectural and structural elements, in a fully integrated 3D environment to exact, real world dimensions. The construction drawings sheets are views of this live model. All the elements of the building and their physical properties are scheduled in the construction documents, driven by the model, ready for rapid cost estimation. As changes are made at any point in the design/build process, the drawings update automatically and accurately. We can also provide virtual walkthroughs, renderings, and energy calculations within the Revit software from the same building model.
Havniear Construction also uses the latest AutoCAD software and is able to provide any level of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, or civil drafting in either platform.
